Presenter: Justin Slagle, Microsoft Senior Partner Development Manager
Justin Slagle has been in the Microsoft channel for 13 years. Six of those years as a Microsoft Partner and seven years at Microsoft. In his time as a Microsoft Partner, Justin is most well known for founding the IAMCP SoCal Chapter in 2009. The IAMCP SoCal became the largest IAMCP Chapter in the US in less than 18 months. Why? Because there was a simple, repeatable recipe that Justin helped the partners understand. This recipe is not complex, but when you do these simple things very well on a repeated basis, you can build your pipeline easier and faster than ever before. Come hear how Justin leveraged these tips to build his own Microsoft Partner business to an all-time high and eventually sold his business before joining Microsoft.

Justin Slagle is a Senior Partner Development Manager at Microsoft whose role is to help build out the Microsoft practices of a small portfolio of 25 top Channel Partners in the Western US. The scope of his work is to help these partners understand how to work with Microsoft and how to build new and specialized packaged/managed services with the assistance of Microsoft team. Microsoft is transforming the way that they go to market with their partners as they build IP together (software and managed services) in hopes of creating the complete co-sell relationship.
