Jackie joined Fairleigh Dickinson University in November 2017, as the Director of Corporate Outreach and Training at Petrocelli College. She served as the CEO of the Partnership for Community Health, Inc., a not-for-profit organization focused on the health and well-being of the residents and workers of Bergen County.  She then joined Bergen Community College as the Project Director of a U.S. Department of Labor - Education and Training Administration grant, where she, in collaboration with Kessler Foundation, founded the MOSAIC Center for Disability Employment and the Employment Pathways Initiative. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Bergen County Workforce Development Board. Her main focus is to partner with businesses, Department of Labor, and all stakeholders to insure that we create the strongest and best skilled workforce possible.

Jackie has spent most of her professional career in the healthcare arena, specifically in oncology, immunology, and organ donation and transplantation, focusing on business development. While recognizing that physical health is important, life skills and the ability to support oneself and one’s family plays a critical role in our community’s well-being and mental health. Encouraging lifelong learning and feeding the hunger to remain relevant in today’s workforce is the main driver of her work today.

While at the Partnership for Community Health, Inc., Jackie founded the Multi-Cultural Affairs Task Force, an important initiative for New Jersey, one of the most diverse states in the country. Initiatives included health fairs and insurance enrollments for community members, and cultural competency trainings for health care providers and educators. Most recently, Jackie has created and delivered customizable diversity and inclusion training to numerous business sectors, including banking, technology, education and health care audiences. Through highly interactive sessions, in both small and large group settings, these trainings are experiencing a significant increase in interest and demand.

Jackie is the Board Chair of the American Red Cross – Northern NJ Chapter; Advisory Board Member of NJ Association for School Resource Officers (NJASRO); Honorary Board Member of the Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation (AMAT); Philanthropy Chair of the Blue Knights NJ Chapter VIII law enforcement motorcycle club; and a volunteer instructor with Bergen County’s Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) Karate School.

 7.00pm - 8.00pm -  Extended Networking

We hope to see you all there!

Thank you.
