IAMCP is taking the P2P Maturity Model on the road! The P2P Journey Experience follows IAMCP partners as they become introduced to the P2P Maturity Model and engage in a series of discussions about how the model can help them develop their partnership channels and programs.
The P2P Journey takes partners though a guided tour of:
An introduction to the model with the 4 levels of maturity and 10 business functions critical to success.
An assessment of current state partnerships along with a discussion of areas of opportunity and alignment to business goals.
The final stop is a discussion of next steps on how to leverage the maturity model as a framework to grow business through partnerships.
From launching a new product requiring a new a way to go to market, to deepening the relationships with existing partners to taking a partnership program to a new level, find out how these partners have started the journey, encountered the P2P Model and used it to determine their next steps on the road to revenue.
